Because our products are research chemicals whose integrity cannot be verified once they leave our control, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns of shipped products. This policy protects the integrity and safety of research materials for all customers.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund for the affected item(s) at our discretion.
If tracking indicates your order was not delivered, contact us within 15 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after it is processed.
